We can produce high-performance hard metal hobs, suitable for roughing even high-alloy steels, or for skiving machining for materials treated up to 65 Hrc.

We have a large warehouse of hard metal blanks with holes, faces and finished collars, from Ø24 to Ø60 with different number of cutting edges, to quickly obtain the hob we are interested in, two types of HM, one for soft processing and one for machining of hardened gears.

PVD coatings with hardnesses up to 3600 Hv 0.05, suitable both for use with lubricating and dry liquids.

Accuracy classes AAA and AAAA for skiving (the latter only on stem hobs).
